Peter H. Wayne IV
Peter earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Miami University and his J.D. at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While in Law School, Peter worked for The Garretson Firm in Cincinnati managing the Qualified Settlement Fund Administration practice and providing counsel in tax advisory, government benefit preservation and health lien resolution. Following Peter's graduation he returned to Louisville to open a regional office for The Garretson Firm, enabling the Firm to better serve their Kentucky and Southeastern clients. Peter is also a Kentucky-licensed settlement planning consultant.
