Mark R. Taylor
Mark Taylor serves as Director of the Garretson Firm's Western Regional Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mark serves as the firm's lead attorney on ERISA lien resolution, assisting plaintiff attorneys across the nation in navigating through the increasing challenges of ERISA subrogation claims. In this role, Mark also provides consultation on mass tort subrogation matters, including state-led reimbursement claims in product liability actions.
In addition to this areas of focus, Mark is a Utah-licensed settlement planning consultant, and serves as counsel on government benefit preservation matters on individual personal injury and medical malpractice cases throughout the West. A native of Utah, Mark is a graduate of the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Utah. |
