Sandy joined GFRG in April of 2009. In her role as Human Resources Director she participates as a strategic partner in the creation, development, and implementation of HR processes including: performance management, legal compliance, staffing and recruiting, compensation and benefits, and policy administration while working with executive leadership and the management team.

Sandy studied Organizational Development at the University of Cincinnati and obtained her Professional Human Resources certification (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
 
Prior to joining GFRG, Sandy worked at GE, leading several facets of the company’s call center and working in their Human Resources department. Her prior experience also includes acting as the Human Resources Manager for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce and as the Human Resources Manager at a software development company where she gained experience implementing change management, performance philosophies, and retention strategies related to corporate environments and mergers and acquisitions.
